SNAP OUT OF YOUR BAD AGING HABITS!

  • STOP sun tanning
  • IMPROVE your skin care regime
  • DRINK at least 8 glasses of water a day
  • MINIMISE sugar, caffeine and alcohol intake
  • STOP smoking
  • STAY AWAY from junk food
  • CONSUME 4 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables daily
  • STOP dieting
  • START a regular exercise routine (minimum 3 times a week, at least 30 minutes per session)
  • MAINTAIN at least 8 hours of sleep per night
  • STAY HAPPY!
